The program for this project consists of several buildings and kiosks, including a harbourmaster’s building and a washroom / shower building for transient boaters. The buildings are designed with handicapped accessibility as a major consideration. Construction was completed as of September 1993. This Project was started under Ziegler McCann Architects and completed as Richard Ziegler Architect.
