Richard Ziegler Architect provided Design Services & Construction Documents for the construction of Leasehold Improvements for a new 8,500 sf OPP Detachment in the Town of Chatsworth.

The project was developed as a Design-Build Project with “The Miclaire Group” being the Developer and the Ontario Realty Corporation acting as Project Managers. Our office was also retained as a consultant for the Leasehold Contract and for periodic review during the Construction Phase. Contract Administration Services were provided by the Owner.
