Richard Ziegler Architect Inc. was retained to provide Leasehold Improvements (Design, Construction Documents, Millwork Detailing, Interior Design and Construction Review) for a 2,500 sf. interior renovation within an existing Medical Office facility to house a physiotherapy office and the areas regional management team. The Renovation was delivered under a Construction Management Contract with the Landlord acting as Construction Manager. The existing office was expanded to include new treatment rooms, staff workroom, laundry room, changing facilities, reception, waiting for 12 people, private office, technician workstations, test rooms, boardroom, barrier-free washroom and storage.
