Richard Ziegler Architect was retained by the Owner of “Toyota on Front” to assist in the conversion of an existing Retail/Warehouse space into a standalone Scion Dealership. The new facility was designed to establish a Scion presence in the Downtown Core. The 6,500 square foot facility includes Showroom, Support Facilities, Detailing Bays, Storage and a small Service Area. The facility is also designed such that the Showroom space can be doubled in size as required. Construction commenced in early August and the Facility opened in late September.
