Richard Ziegler Architect was awarded this project in the Spring of 2012 by Mercedes-Benz Canada after an extensive RFP process. The new facility is designed to replace and consolidate 2 existing buildings on the site. The new 132,000 square foot, 3 level facility, includes an 18 bay below grade service department with 118 underground parking spaces. The project is currently under construction.
