Richard Ziegler Architect was retained to convert an existing 85,000 sf. Volvo Dealership into the Flagship Downtown Lexus Facility. This project replaces our previous project on Broadview and Eastern Avenue. The scope of work includes: complete re-facing of the building, a new rooftop car display, complete reconfiguration of the showrooms, the addition of a 3rd floor lounge and the introduction of a new Upper Basement level Pre-Owned Certified Vehicle Showroom. Interconnecting all levels will be a new passenger elevator. Construction commenced June 01, 2011 with occupancy achieved December 19, 2011. Phase 2 Rooftop Car Display is currently in the planning approvals phase and scheduled for construction in the summer of 2012.
