Complete renovation of a 1920’s residence in the Beaches neighbourhood in Toronto. The ground floor partitions were removed to create an open floor plan and an addition was added to the back of the house where the new kitchen is located. A dormer was added on the top floor to increase natural light on the master bedroom level and provide more headroom in the ensuite. Quality contemporary finishes were used throughout while maintaining the style of the time when the house was originally built. All the millwork throughout the house was custom-designed and -built.
